There are two places working in synchronicity within one another. Linked by an interface called ALBERTO, he is the figure head of the virtual consulates. The controlling programmed ambassador in charge of protecting dignitaries (the general public) form losing themselves in the virtual world.
1: the virtual world; changing constantly in its state of Flux and learning through the imagination of those who enter. It is addictive and has many people under its thrall.
2 the real world; apparently unchanged has in fact been influenced and merged resulting on the public relying on the consulate and its interface like a drug.
The real and the virtual places are linked through one point the consulate. There is more then one consulate, but all are identical, 36 people form the real world, can enter at any one time from one interface. The consulate is in the real world, a structure that is there for all to view. It is solid and acts as a viewing platform to, the virtual and real worlds. The structure is full of subliminal messaging and advertisements.
The ‘consuls’ live above the interface points, are also a form of programming. They are there to moderate and bare witness to the real world ‘dignitaries’ yearns and desires. They are in control of the consulate and have means of sorting the people in to there appropriate sectors. The interface has an additive prominence, which is why the people keep coming back to re-experience the virtual; this is partly due to the buildings free form/alien design and relaxing atmospheric spaces. Consequently much of its space is empty waiting areas with alternative artworks to promote thought.
Sustenance and reason is something which isn’t considered important to the consul as they don’t use nor need it. As for the dignitaries they must bring there own food and water like a religious pilgrimage, but of a different type.
