I am conflicted? And troubled
so im laying down my thoughts.
Here is how I see it. My character is the consul, his name is ALBERTO.

He works at a consulate between the digital world and the real world, yet he only exists in the digital world.

In an attempt to bring the virtual world and the real world closer, the local government has made a home for ALBERTO in the real world. Yet he dose not live there, He lives in point of limbo, as his dwelling in the virtual world is linked to the physical building.

The link is a complicated mixture of audio and digital holograms and recorders designed to create a dichotomy where as if a person enters the real house there movements gestures and mannerisms are recorded and instantaneously projected into the virtual structure, inversely if an avatar in the virtual enters the virtual house there movements gestures and mannerisms are projected into the real house.
To increase the interplay between person and virtual avatar there is another person living with Alberto there to interact and teach him how to be human.




So I need to make a space that is designed to promote interplay between the two peoples and allow learning.

The structure is internalised and has little need to interplay with neighbours.

Spaces need to be simple and have no moveable furniture as large objects can inhibited the projection of the holograms.

My consul, ALBERTO is the First of his kind he is a computer program with an artificial intelligence designed to link the virtual world with the real world.

He yearns to be apart of the real world so much so that he has dwellings in the real world constructed for him. With digital holographic projectors he can move and connect with the real world inside of his home.

People can enter communicate with him via a division of his home.

He can’t be in the real world but he is coming fucking close..
